Our Physical Training Instructors have vast experience providing fitness, strength and endurance training sessions to the Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Navy with a combined experience of over 30 Years.

Clothing:

Running trainers are essential. Shorts / Tracksuit bottoms, T-shirt / Long sleeve shirt. Above is a guideline. There are no dress restrictions apart from running shoes which are essential to performance and to reduce the chance of injury. It is advisable to bring a towel with you to each lesson.
